CRS® (Certified Residential Specialist)

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Home buyers and sellers can be assured that CRS Designees subscribe to the strict Realtor code of ethics, have access to the latest technology and are specialists in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home.

ABR® (Accredited Buyer Specialist)

The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

GRI® (Graduate of the REALTOR Institute)

Less than 10% of REALTORS achieve this level of training.

To obtain this coveted designation, REALTORS must complete Extensive Course Work taught by Highly Regarded Instructors at the Top of Their Respective Field. Several Test must be passed during the course of instruction. Less than 10% of REALTORS hold this designation as it requires a large investment of time and money to obtain.

Member MRE Society (Master of Real Estate Society)

Less than 2% of REALTORS in Arizona belong to this elite society.

Membership recognizes the individual's dedication to excellence through professional education and commitment to staying abreast of the latest real estate regulations and practices. Only members on the REALTOR® organization may belong to this Society.

E-pro Technology Certified

Real estate agents and brokers who have earned REALTOR e-PRO Certification are Internet Professionals who have completed extensive training using the Web. e-PRO Certification means that the real estate professional is prepared to employ the latest techniques and services for your benefit, just like you've grown to expect from a professional.
